You are only required to provide one of these communication methods. This choice allows you to control how we reach out to you.

It is important to note that we do not collect any other personal data related to your trading activities, such as your trading strategies, transaction history, wallet balances, or private keys. Our focus is solely on maintaining a communication channel with you.

Our Platform integrates with Phantom Wallet to provide a secure and seamless login experience. When you choose to log in to our Platform using your Phantom Wallet, whether through the Phantom app/plugin or website, a secure connection is established with Phantom. Through this process, we receive limited information from Phantom solely for the purpose of authenticating your identity and granting you access to our Platform. This information may include your public Solana wallet address or a unique user identifier provided by Phantom.

Crucially, we do not collect, store, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or any other sensitive information related to the contents of your Phantom Wallet. The authentication process is managed by Phantom, and we only receive confirmation of your successful login. Your interaction with Phantom Wallet is governed by Phantom’s own privacy policy and terms of service, which we encourage you to review for a comprehensive understanding of their data handling practices. The limited personal information we collect is obtained through the following methods, all of which are initiated directly by you:

  • Direct Provision: Your chosen communication preference (email address, Telegram details, or Discord details) is provided directly by you during the account setup process or when you configure your profile settings on our Platform. You have control over which method you select.
  • Phantom Wallet Authentication: The information related to your Phantom Wallet login is obtained through the authentication process that you initiate when you connect your Phantom Wallet to our Platform. This occurs when you click the “Connect Phantom Wallet” button or a similar prompt on our website or within our application. This process involves a secure communication between our Platform and Phantom, facilitated by your explicit action.

We collect the limited personal information described above for specific and necessary purposes:

Your chosen communication method allows us to keep you informed about important aspects of the Platform. If applicable and if you configure such settings, we may also send you trading-related notifications based on the parameters you have set within the platform. By offering you a choice of communication methods, we aim to respect your preferences and ensure that you receive the information most relevant to your use of the Platform.

3.2 To Authenticate Your Access:

The information we receive from Phantom Wallet during the login process is essential for verifying your identity and ensuring that you are the rightful owner of the associated Phantom Wallet address. This authentication process allows us to securely grant you access to the trading platform and prevents unauthorized access to your account. By relying on Phantom’s established security infrastructure for authentication, we enhance the overall security of our Platform and streamline the login experience for users already familiar with the Phantom ecosystem.

3.3 To Ensure Security and Integrity:

While we collect minimal personal information, this limited data can still be used to help us maintain the security and integrity of our Platform. For instance, we may analyze login attempts or other basic platform usage patterns to identify and prevent unauthorized access, potential fraud, or other suspicious activities. This helps us to protect our Platform and all our users from potential threats and ensures a safe trading environment.

  • Your chosen communication preference will be used to send you communications via the selected channel – whether it be through email, Telegram messages, or Discord messages. We will strive to ensure that these communications are relevant and necessary for your use of the Platform.
  • The information received from Phantom Wallet during the login process is used to verify your login attempt and to maintain your active session on the Platform. This ensures that you can seamlessly access and use the trading platform without having to repeatedly authenticate your wallet during a single session.
  • We may analyze limited platform usage data, such as the number of login attempts or the frequency of feature utilization, in an anonymized and aggregated form. This analysis helps us to understand how users interact with our Platform, identify areas for improvement in terms of functionality and user experience, and further enhance the security of our services. This aggregated data does not contain any personally identifiable information.

5.1 Phantom Technologies, Inc.:

Information related to your Phantom Wallet login is shared with Phantom Technologies, Inc., the provider of Phantom Wallet, for the sole purpose of authenticating your identity and authorizing your access to our Platform. This sharing is a necessary component of the Platform’s functionality, as it allows you to securely connect your Phantom Wallet and use our trading platform. Our Platform relies on and integrates with third-party services to provide its functionality, most notably Phantom Wallet for user login and authentication.

8.1 Phantom Wallet:

As described in Section 1, users log in to our Platform using their existing Phantom Wallet credentials. This integration is essential for accessing our services. Your use of Phantom Wallet is subject to Phantom’s Privacy Policy and Phantom’s Terms of Service, which we strongly encourage you to review. Please be aware that we are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of Phantom’s services or any other third-party websites or services that may be linked to or accessible from our Platform.
